Hiring Opportunity: Executive/ Sr. Executive – Global Pilot Pathways
Build the next generation of airline pilots for India and the world
At TNC Aviation, we don’t just guide students toward a training program, we help them take the first serious step toward becoming professional pilots.
We are expanding our team and looking for high-performance sales professionals who can counsel, advise, and convert aspiring pilots into global flight training programs. Role Objective
Executive/Sr. Executive – Global Pilot Pathways, your objective will be to drive enrolments into international pilot training programs by identifying students and families who are interested in Pilot training related programs
This role requires building a trust with potential leads, selling, strong follow-up discipline, product knowledge, and the ability to collaborate strongly within the team to be able to align counselling sessions for families and students

You will not be selling a low-value product or a short-term course. With the help of your team you will be helping students and families make a major career decision that can shape their future in aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
Student & Parent Preliminary Query recording and asking questions for eligibility check.
Counsel aspiring pilots and their families on international pilot training options, eligibility, training structure, timelines, investment, and career pathways.
The expectation is to create trust, clarity, and confidence not pressure.
Pipeline & Follow-Up Management
Maintain a structured sales pipeline, track student progress, and ensure timely follow-ups through calls, in collaboration with team ensure meetings, webinars, events, and counselling sessions.
Events & Brand Representation
Represent TNC Aviation at aviation seminars, student counselling events, city-level engagement programs, education fairs, career guidance sessions, and pilot training awareness programs.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for ambitious, sharp, target-oriented professionals who are excited by the aviation industry and can represent a premium brand with maturity.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-value sales and understands how to guide customers through an important, considered decision-making process.
Preferred Backgrounds
Candidates from the following background will be strongly preferred:
- Freshers from aviation diploma courses
- Study abroad counselling
- Aviation education or pilot training sales
- EdTech high-ticket sales
- Luxury sales
- Premium education sales
- Hospitality or travel sales
- Career counselling or admissions sales
Ideal Candidate Profile
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have 1-2 year experience in consultative or high-ticket sales
- Can communicate confidently with students and parents
- Are comfortable discussing investment-heavy education decisions
- Have strong follow-up discipline
- Are motivated by performance-linked income
