Role Description
This full-time onsite role for a Student Counselor is based in Kochi. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized support to students, guiding them in career planning, addressing academic concerns, and fostering an encouraging environment to enhance their learning experience. The role entails regular communication with students, understanding their educational needs, and providing timely assistance in their academic and career progression.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Familiarity with educational programs and student development processes
- Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in academic advisory services or student support is preferred
