Role Overview: Support students in academic, personal, and career-related matters, fostering their overall well-being and success within the university environment.
- Provide counselling sessions for academic, personal, and emotional concerns.
- Guide students on career planning, internships, and higher education opportunities.
- Assist with orientation and transition programs for new students.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to address student needs.
- Organize workshops on stress management, study skills, and career readiness.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Prior experience in student counselling or academic advising preferred.
