Role Description The Student Counselor role at Pioneer Driver Education is a full-time, hybrid position based in Kolkata, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. The Student Counselor will guide prospective and current students through program options, enrollment processes, and course requirements, ensuring they receive accurate information and supportive advice.
Qualifications
- Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support learners in academic and career-related decisions.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with students, families, and colleagues.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive student experience.
- Understanding of Education processes, programs, and learner support practices within a training or academic setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and use digital tools for remote counseling and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality when handling student information.
- Experience in educational counseling, student services, or training institutes is an advantage; familiarity with driver education programs is a plus.
