The Role:
As a Student Counselor, you'll be the bridge between students, parents, and their international education dreams. You'll provide expert guidance on courses, universities, and study destinations, helping families make informed decisions about their future.
Location: Kakkand, Kochi, Kerala (Near InfoPark Water Metro)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
What You'll Do:
• Counsel Students & Parents: Have meaningful conversations to understand goals, academic background, and preferences
• Country & Course Expertise: Provide detailed information about universities and courses in UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, and other study destinations
• Personalized Guidance: Recommend suitable universities and courses based on individual requirements and career goals
• Application Support: Guide students through the application process, documentation, and admission requirements
• Follow-up & Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with students and parents throughout their journey
• Administrative Tasks: Use email, course databases, and other tools to manage student information
Who We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in student counseling or education advisory
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of international education: Universities, courses in UK, Australia, New Zealand
- Strong communication skills: Able to explain complex information clearly
- Good listener: Can understand student needs and match them with the right opportunities
- Office-based role: Must be able to work from our Kakkand office (Near InfoPark Water Metro)
- Tamil knowledge is optional but valued
