Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor based in Gurgaon. The Student Counselor will support and guide students in identifying suitable academic or career paths, provide personalized counseling sessions, and assist in resolving queries related to their educational and professional goals. The role involves effective communication with students and parents, offering relevant information regarding our services, and ensuring students receive the resources they need to excel in competitive exams.
Qualifications
- Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to assist students in planning academic and professional pathways.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and their guardians.
- Proven ability in providing exceptional Customer Service to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- A solid foundation in Education, with an understanding of competitive exam preparation strategies and planning
