Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will assist students with academic and career counseling, providing information on study programs, colleges, and universities. Daily tasks include guiding students through applications, advising on course and university selection, supporting them in documentation and visa processes, addressing student inquiries, and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain effective relationships with students
- Experience or familiarity with the Education sector, including knowledge of international study programs and admission processes
- Proficiency in maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a background in counseling or education is advantageous
- Proficiency with basic IT tools and the ability to manage student records effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Positive attitude, problem-solving instincts, and a commitment to student success
