Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Student Counselor role located in Manjeri. The Student Counselor is responsible for providing guidance to students on academic and career decisions, conducting counseling sessions, and offering personalized advice tailored to individual needs. Day-to-day tasks include assessing students’ goals, assisting with university applications, addressing their educational and career-related queries, and improving their overall experience through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and support students effectively
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and address their needs
- Customer Service experience to enhance student satisfaction and build trust
- Familiarity with Education systems and university application processes
- Ability to empathize, motivate, and foster a positive environment for students
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Human Services (preferred)
- Prior experience in counseling or similar roles is an advantage
