Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counselor who can guide students in choosing the right courses while actively contributing to lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students on courses, career paths, and educational opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and campaigns
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions
- Conduct tele-counseling and face-to-face counseling sessions
- Achieve monthly admission and lead conversion targets
Skills Required:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Lead generation and sales-oriented mindset (Mandatory)
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Btech in Civil will add advantage
- Experience in education counseling / sales / Telecalling is a must
