Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor based in Hyderabad. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students on academic and career-related decisions, offering personalized counseling sessions to address individual needs. Additional tasks include communicating effectively with students and their families, assisting with enrollment processes, and maintaining records of student interactions. The role also involves ensuring a supportive and professional customer service experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students through academic and professional decisions effectively.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with students and families professionally and empathetically.
- Background in Education or related fields to assess and address student needs effectively.
- Organizational and record-keeping abilities to maintain accurate reports and files on student interactions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Education is preferred.
