Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, located in Pune. The Student Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective and current students by providing personalized academic and career counseling. Responsibilities include understanding students' educational and professional needs, guiding them through course selections, and addressing their queries regarding programs. Additional tasks may involve managing customer service interactions, supporting student enrollment, and maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide individuals in academic and professional decisions.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and understand their requirements.
- Experience in Customer Service to manage inquiries and offer excellent student support.
- Familiarity with the Education and training industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in understanding course structures and providing customized recommendations to optimize learning outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a counseling or academic advisory role is an asset.
