Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Student Counselor specializing in Foreign Language Training Programs. The Student Counselor will guide prospective students in identifying suitable language courses, provide career counseling for learners aiming to work or study abroad, assist with enrollment processes, and support students throughout their educational journey. You will maintain effective communication to address inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster a positive learner experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners effectively
- Excellent Communication and strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in the Education sector or a related area
- Strong ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience and interest in foreign languages or cultural education is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred
