Medway is looking for Student Counselors (Study Abroad) for our Delhi office. Interested candidates can send their CV to info@medwayconsultants.com.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-ins and handle client interactions, student queries related to international education in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and UK.
- Help students with application process for different Colleges and universities in Canada and UK.
- Prepare student profiles, coordinate for SOPs.
- Advice/ Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, scholarships in New Zealand, Australia, Canada and UK.
- Provide information on desired courses and other related areas as per student needs & aspirations.
- Provide telephonic counseling to leads from multiple sources & invite them to walk in to the office for counseling.
- Assist students with visa requirements for New Zealand, Australia, Canada and UK.
- Prepare MIS reports and update CRM as required by management.
- Meet foreign university delegates.
- Represent Medway during international education fairs and events.
Key Skills:
- Candidate should have pleasing personality with effective convincing and selling skill.
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
- Should have strong relationship building skills.
- Should have sound knowledge to counsel the students.
- Ability to perform under pressure, strict time-lines and targets.
Functional Area: Student Counsellor
Experience: Minimum 1 years
Educational Qualification: Graduation
Salary: Good Salary PLUS Performance Based Incentives
Location: Delhi and Chandigarh
