Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Student Counsellor based in Madurai. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic and career decisions, providing comprehensive career and education counseling, assisting with applications to institutions abroad, and offering excellent customer service. The role requires clear communication, active listening, and a positive, student-focused approach to support individuals in their journey toward higher education.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, ensuring the ability to guide students in making informed decisions about their academic and professional goals.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and responsiveness to student needs.
• Knowledge of Education pathways, including international study and career opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and excel in a student-centric environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with international education systems or previous experience in student counseling is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their academic and career aspirations.
