Role & Responsibilities
Handle enquiries about aviation training programs received through phone, WhatsApp, website and social media.
Conduct follow-up calls and counsel prospective students and parents about Yoskies' training programs and career opportunities.
Convert enquiries into admissions and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate admissions, batch schedules and day-to-day academy operations.
Support seminars, workshops and promotional events.
Coordinate marketing activities, update website/social media content and work with external marketing partners when required.
Capture basic photos/videos and assist with promotional content.
Essential Skills
2–5 years of experience in Student Counselling, Business Development, Admissions, Education Sales or Customer Relationship.
Excellent communication, counselling and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making follow-up calls and interacting with students and parents.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to website content management (WordPress or similar).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, Google Ads or Meta Ads.
Experience managing social media or coordinating marketing activities.
Basic knowledge of Canva or simple video editing tools.
Experience in the Education, Training or Aviation industry.
Working Schedule
Work from Office only (no work from home).
Weekly off: Thursday.
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
Full-time, permanent role.
