WG Study Abroad is hiring a Student Counsellor / Academic Counsellor / Admissions Counsellor for the Apollo Domestic Program. This role is ideal for candidates interested in education counselling, student guidance, and admissions support.
What you will do
- Provide student counselling and career guidance for domestic programs
- Handle student enquiries, lead conversion, and follow-ups
- Guide students through the admission process and course selection
- Maintain CRM records, student database, and application tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and onboarding
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and counselling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven / sales-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred (Added Advantage):
- Experience as a Business Development Executive (BDE), Academic Counsellor, Inside Sales Executive, or Admissions Officer
- Exposure to education sales, lead generation, or student handling

This role is focused on academic and admissions counselling only.
