Job Description:
Wheelers Global Edu is seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Counsellor to join our team for domestic admissions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding domestic education opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Provide accurate information about courses, colleges, and admission procedures
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
- Maintain and update student records in the system
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in admissions or sales
- Up to 1 year of experience in counselling and sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are also welcome
Skills Required:
- Fluency in Tamil and English (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-driven attitude
