Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Student Counsellor. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective and current students in their academic and career journeys. Day-to-day tasks include providing student counseling, offering career guidance, addressing student queries, supporting educational decision-making, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide and mentor students.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to actively engage and support students and parents.
- Experience in Education-related processes and a passion for helping learners achieve their full potential.
- Empathy, patience, and an active listening approach to understand and address individual student needs.
- Proficiency in using technology and tools for record-keeping and communication.
- Previous experience in a similar role or an educational background in counseling
