We’re hiring: Student Counsellor / Admissions Executive – EdTech
We’re looking for candidates with strong communication, follow-up skills, and the right attitude to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads
• Counsel students and parents over calls
• Understand requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp and email
• Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrolments
• Maintain CRM updates and track the sales pipeline
• Coordinate payments and admission documentation
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets
What we’re looking for
• 1–4 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, EdTech sales, telesales or inside sales
Location: Work from Office, Sector 80, Gurugram
Working Days: 6 days a week
Package: ₹4–5 LPA, depending on experience
