Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District for a Student Coordinator. The Student Coordinator will be responsible for guiding and supporting students throughout their learning journey, ensuring effective communication between students and faculty, and promoting student engagement. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the organization of educational activities, facilitating student leadership initiatives, managing course schedules, and addressing student queries.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills, including empathy and the ability to foster positive relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students and other stakeholders
- Passion for Education and a proactive approach to guiding and supporting students
- Proven ability in Student Engagement and Student Leadership, with a focus on motivating and mentoring students
- Organizational and time management skills to efficiently coordinate schedules and activities
- Proficiency with basic office software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment with a team-oriented mindset.
