šµ We're Hiring: Student Coordinator ā Customer Service Executive*
**Notation School Ā· Lucknow Ā· Hybrid Ā· Full-Time**
We're a leading online music school, empowering musical dreams since 2014. We teach guitar, piano, keyboards, ukulele, and drums to kids, teens, and adults through 1:1 live online classes ā following the internationally recognised Rockschool / RSL Awards curriculum.
We're looking for our next **Student Coordinator** ā the operational backbone of the school.
**šÆ The Role**
You'll be the primary point of contact for students, parents, and teachers. Your work covers customer service, class scheduling, fee collection, and administrative coordination ā three things, one person. If a task touches a student, a teacher, or a class, it touches you.

⢠Administrative support

⢠Teacher support

**š Schedule**
9 hr 10 min active / day Ā· 6 days a week
⢠Morning Shift: 10:00 AM ā 12:30 PM (Work From Home)
⢠Mid-day Break: 12:30 PM ā 3:30 PM
⢠Evening Shift: 3:30 PM ā 10:10 PM (In-Office)
**š° Compensation**
⢠Fixed Salary: ā¹18,000 / month
⢠Up to ā¹5,000 / month in performance-linked incentives
⢠Total Potential: ā¹23,000 / month
⢠Annual revision of 6ā10% based on performance
⢠12 casual leaves + 6 sick leaves per year
⢠Overtime pay at 1.5à per 40-min session

Who We're Looking For**
⢠Bachelor's degree (1st division preferred)
⢠Based in Lucknow
⢠Strong communication in English and Hindi
⢠Comfort with Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp, CRM tools
⢠Customer-first attitude, problem-solving mindset
⢠Genuine interest in music education
**š» What You'll Need**
Laptop, stable internet, smartphone, headset & webcam, power backup, and a quiet, professional workspace for on-camera work.
**š What You'll Work On**
End-to-end customer operations, process ownership, real-world problem solving, and direct exposure to EdTech operations. This role is a launchpad into operations, customer success, and program management careers.
