Role Description
The Student Connect Associate will be responsible for supporting prospective and current students by responding to inquiries, providing information about programs and processes, and facilitating communication between students and internal departments. Key responsibilities include managing student records, organizing student events, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves consistent engagement with students and stakeholders to address their concerns and foster a positive experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and student engagement skills.
- Experience in record management, data entry, and documentation will be highly beneficial.
- Ability to organize events, coordinate with multiple departments, and manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle student-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a similar role or working in an educational institution is preferred.
- A passion for education and a student-first attitude.
