Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for telecaller based in Gurugram. The teleCaller will be responsible for outbound calling to potential leads and clients, providing key information about properties available, arranging property consultations, and following up on client inquiries. The role also involves representing the company professionally and updating information within the client database. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure excellent customer acquisition and service.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
- Customer service skills and a personable, professional approach
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn
- Eagerness to work in a professional real estate environment
- Proficient in local languages and English; fluency is an asset
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
