Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Caller located in Mumbai. The Student Caller will engage with prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about various programs, universities, and services. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential candidates, responding to inquiries, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining records of client interactions. The role supports the admissions process by guiding students on application procedures, documentation, and addressing their concerns to ensure a positive enrollment experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal and written English proficiency
- Interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to build rapport with students and families
- Proficiency in managing and updating records using digital platforms and CRM systems
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple interactions efficiently
- Knowledge of international education systems and university application processes is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet targets
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and online research tools
- Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or education consultancy is advantageous
