Role Description
This full-time, on-site role, based in Kochi, involves providing expert advice and assistance to students aspiring to study at public universities in Germany. The Student Advisor will counsel students on application processes, eligibility, course options, and university selection. Other responsibilities include guiding students in document preparation, addressing their queries effectively, and ensuring smooth communication with universities and associated stakeholders. Delivering excellent customer service is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build a rapport with students and understand their needs
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent Communication skills in English
- Knowledge of the Education industry, particularly international education systems
- Experience in Customer Service to ensure excellent support and satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Kochi
