Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on overseas education — courses, universities, admission & visa requirements.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries; follow up and convert leads into counselling sessions and applications.
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and coordination with international universities.
- Maintain and update student data, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Work closely with senior counsellors/management on outreach, marketing, and meeting enrollment targets.
Skills & Qualities Required
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English; local language is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and student-handling abilities.
- Basic customer-service/sales mindset — active follow-ups and conversions.
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing documents and student records.
- Passionate about overseas education with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience — training will be provided.
CTC offered: 2.5LPA -3 LPA
