Role Description The Student Admission Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The person in this role will counsel prospective students on suitable online and distance degree programs, explain course structures, fees, eligibility criteria, and university accreditation, and support them through the entire admission process. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries via email or messaging platforms, maintaining accurate records in CRM or admission systems, and following up with leads in a timely and professional manner. The Student Admission Executive will also collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to improve student outreach, participate in information sessions or webinars, and ensure that every student receives transparent, pressure-free guidance aligned with Degree Drishti’s values.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, problem-solving, and building trust-based relationships with students and families.
- Sales and Counseling skills, including lead follow-up, needs-based pitching, objection handling, and guiding students toward informed enrollment decisions without pressure.
- Student Recruiting and Education-related experience, such as working in admissions, counseling, or academic advising, ideally within higher education or edtech.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Education, Counseling, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and office productivity software; comfort with phone, video calls, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage targets and timelines, and maintain professionalism and integrity in all student interactions.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
