Student Admission Counsellor
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, target-oriented, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide aspiring students towards rewarding careers in aviation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust with students and parents, and a consultative approach to admissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation career opportunities, pilot training pathways, and available programs.
* Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
* Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable courses based on their eligibility and career goals.
* Follow up consistently with prospective students to maximize admissions.
* Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM on a daily basis.
* Conduct campus tours and assist students throughout the admission process.
* Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
* Participate in seminars, career counselling sessions, webinars, and educational events when required.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational partners.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong counselling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Confidence in handling student and parent queries.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, EdTech, training institutes, or sales.
* Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
