Key Responsibilities:
💠 Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and global client / agents and key stakeholders.
💠 Act as the primary point of contact for accommodation-related inquiries and issues.
💠 Collaborate closely with partner institutions to understand their specific accommodation requirements and preferences.
💠 Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable accommodation options (apartments, homestays, dormitories, etc) for international students.
💠 Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners and managers to secure competitive rates and terms.
💠 Ensure properties meet quality and safety standards required for student accommodation.
💠 Provide guidance and advice to students on accommodation options based on their preferences, budget, and location preferences.
💠 Assist students in navigating the rental process, including lease agreements, payment procedures, and move-in logistics.
💠 Coordinate the logistics of accommodation assignments, ensuring smooth transitions for students arriving from abroad.
💠 Resolve accommodation-related issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of student satisfaction.
💠 Monitor student feedback and implement improvements to enhance the accommodation service offering.
💠 Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in student accommodation services.
💠Identify opportunities for expanding our accommodation portfolio and enhancing service offerings based on market demands.
