Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will support data analysis, reporting, and business insights to help drive informed decision-making. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and business skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Assist in preparing regular reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Support senior analysts in identifying trends, patterns, and insights
- Maintain and update databases and reporting systems
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis and project support tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Basic knowledge of data tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Internship or project experience in data analysis or reporting
