We are a boutique investment firm focused on structured and private credit solutions, working closely with leading AIFs in India. We partner with founders, promoters, and investors to execute high-impact transactions in the range of Rs. 50 – 1,500cr. We have strong capital relationships and execution capability. We are now looking to build a front-end origination engine.
What the role involves
We are looking for a high-agency, entrepreneurial deal originator to build and convert a pipeline of structured and private credit opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified deal opportunities across sectors
- Develop and nurture relationships with founders, promoters, CXOs, and intermediaries
- Drive origination end-to-end: outreach → meetings → mandate conversion
- Work closely with internal team on deal positioning and structuring
- Build visibility across relevant ecosystem channels and networks
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and founder forums
Focus areas include Identifying financing needs such as
- Structured capital where traditional lenders are constrained
- Promoter funding requirements
- Special situations / stressed opportunities
- Time-sensitive or complex funding situations
You will work closely with promoters, CFOs, and intermediaries, and collaborate with the team to structure and close transactions.
Who is this ideal for
- Clear interest in a front-end, deal-making role
- 5 - 8 years of experience in NBFCs / banks / private credit / structured finance teams
- Exposure to mid-market lending, structured deals, or credit underwriting
- Strong access to promoters, CFOs, or intermediaries
- Ability to build relationships and generate deal flow
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to work independently and drive outcomes
- Proficient in English, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi
