Responsibilities:
Lead structural system design and integration at the vehicle level
Define load cases, safety margins, and structural requirements
Perform and review structural, dynamic, and thermal analyses
Coordinate with propulsion, avionics, thermal, and manufacturing teams
Support qualification, testing, and flight-readiness activities
Prepare technical reports, verification documents, and design reviews
Mentor junior engineers and support technical decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field
1-2 years of experience in aerospace structures/systems engineering
Strong knowledge of structural mechanics and materials
Experience with requirements definition and verification
Proficiency in FEA and CAD tools (ANSYS, NASTRAN, Abaqus, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
Excellent documentation, written English, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
