Position: Structural Designer-HOD

Location-Gurgaon (Head office)
Role Description
We are seeking a professional with extensive expertise in Industrial,(Majorly) ,Commercial, and Residential building projects capable of handling design leadership, technical decision-making, and project coordination at a senior level.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead structural design and analysis for RCC & Steel structures
* Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and BOQs
* Ensure compliance with IS Codes, safety standards, and best engineering practices
* Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project execution teams
* Provide technical guidance and support during project execution
* Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve technical issues
* Implement value engineering and cost optimization strategies
* Mentor junior engineers and support team development
*knowledge of PEB Structure.
🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
* B.Tech / M.Tech in Structural Engineering( Mandatory)
* Proven experience in industrial Projects, commercial & residential projects
* Strong expertise in RCC and structural steel design
* Hands-on experience in project execution and design coordination
🔹 Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD
* Strong understanding of IS Codes and design standards
* Experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, and cost analysis
🔹 Key Competencies:
