Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer located in Puducherry, India. The Structural Engineer will perform tasks such as conducting structural analysis, preparing detailed calculations, and collaborating with teams to ensure the stability and safety of civil structures. Responsibilities include utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) for project designs and documentation, as well as applying engineering principles to meet client standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
- Expertise in Structural Analysis and performing detailed Calculations
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for drafting and model preparation
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Prior experience in consultancy or construction projects is a plus
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory frameworks is advantageous
