Role Description This is a full-time Structural Engineer role based in Udaipur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis and calculations for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include developing and reviewing structural designs, preparing drawings and models using CAD tools, and coordinating with civil, architectural, and project management teams to deliver integrated solutions. The role involves preparing technical reports, supporting tender and bid documentation, participating in site visits and inspections, and providing technical input throughout planning, design, and execution phases. The Structural Engineer will also contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to diverse infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations, including the use of relevant software and standards for safe and efficient design.
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, reviewing, and updating structural drawings and models.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Understanding of relevant building codes, bridge and highway standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety and quality in design and execution.
- Prior experience with Building and infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Udaipur, including office-based work and occasional site visits.
