Job Summary
We looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, analyzing, and supervising structural aspects of residential, commercial, and interior-related construction projects. The role requires coordination with architects, site engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure strong, safe, and efficient structural execution aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare structural designs, calculations, and drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Analyze load calculations, foundation systems, beams, slabs, columns, and RCC structures.
• Review architectural drawings and coordinate with execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure structural work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, safety regulations, and construction quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project managers during execution.
• Resolve structural and technical issues arising during construction.
• Optimize structural designs for cost efficiency and project feasibility.
• Prepare BOQ, estimation support, and technical documentation when required.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to site teams.
Requirements & Skills
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure design principles.
• Hands-on experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and site execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Education
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
