We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with a proven track record of delivering excellence in structural design and analysis. We're looking for someone with a strong technical background, strong leadership, and a proactive attitude who goes the extra mile for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural/structural drawings to develop accurate models using ETABS, SAFE, or other relevant structural software.
• Conduct analysis, rectification, modification, and optimisation of structural models.
• Utilise advanced structural analytical skills to produce design sketches, drafting inputs, and detailed design calculations in compliance with relevant design codes (e.g., ACI, BS, EC, IS).
• Ensure drafted drawings align with architectural drawings, design calculations, and structural detailing standards.
• Coordinate with draftsmen to ensure timely revisions or corrections in structural drawings.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, MEP consultants, and clients during project meetings.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of all structural systems and methodologies.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in structural design for RCC and steel structures, preferably in residential and commercial buildings, high-rise towers, and steel structures.
• Middle East experience and knowledge of ACI, BS, and EC codes will be an added advantage.
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Leadership skills with experience in guiding junior team members.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed college/university.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering from a reputed institution.

Software Expertise:

• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, and Excel.
• Additional knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit will be an advantage.
