🔹 Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team full-time at our Indore office. The role involves performing structural analysis, designing and evaluating structural systems, and preparing detailed reports and calculations. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet safety, durability, and compliance standards, while also generating CAD models and reviewing construction materials and methods to guarantee quality and efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Design and detail structural layouts for roofing, skylight, and industrial shed projects.
- Perform structural analysis and accurate calculations for stability and safety.
- Prepare CAD models, fabrication drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Review construction materials and methods to ensure durability and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to ensure quality execution.
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in structural engineering principles and civil engineering fundamentals.
- Strong skills in structural analysis and technical drafting.
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Revit).
- Comprehensive understanding of construction materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant project experience.
- Professional certifications or licensure will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to articulate technical concepts effectively.
