Role Overview
We are looking for a Structural Engineer with 7–10 years of experience who can effectively bridge design with execution, combining strong analytical skills with hands-on site understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze industrial sheds, PEB, and RCC structures
- Develop equipment foundations and RCC foundation systems
- Perform basic MS structural design for utilities
- Work on STAAD.Pro (mandatory)
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and critical structural assessments
- Support and integrate with PMC teams on-site
- Ensure correct execution of design intent
- Resolve on-site structural challenges
- Collaborate across disciplines for integrated delivery
- Participate in digital engineering workflows
Key Requirements
- Master’s in Structural Engineering (full-time/regular from a reputed institute – mandatory)
- 7–10 years of experience in industrial projects
- Strong experience in PEB, RCC, and industrial structures
- Expertise in equipment foundations and industrial load understanding
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro (mandatory)
- Ability to design basic MS structures
- Strong site execution and inspection experience
- Proven ability to bridge design with execution
- Experience working with PMC and multidisciplinary teams
- Openness to digital collaborative ecosystems
