Role Description The Structural Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations for various building types. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering and architectural designs, developing accurate structural detailed drawings, coordinating drawings with other disciplines, and updating documentation based on design changes and site feedback.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, requiring regular interaction with designers and
project managers to support smooth execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in AutoCAD Drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in understanding Architectural Drawings to accurately represent layouts, details, and building components.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and, ideally, BIM platforms (e.g., Revit or similar) is beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Drafting, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret engineering/architectural drawings, and commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Ahmedabad.
