We’re hiring for the position of Engineer-Structural Design Engineer | Mumbai
🔧 Experience: 3-6 years
📍 Location: Mumbai, India
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Work as per team lead/management directives.
Prepare design criteria and design specifications.
Understand client briefs/remits, formulate scope of work, and develop design philosophy.
Provide best-value engineering solutions to technical problems.
Manage and mentor design team members; review their work and support their learning and development.
Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary design environment.
Perform structural design calculations using software and by hand when required.
Provide inputs and support to Design Engineers / CAD Technicians for producing construction-ready design drawings.
🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile
BE/BTech in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution (ME/MTech preferred).
3-6 years of hands-on experience in designing foundations, RC and steel structures, and substructures.
Strong technical understanding of structural systems; experience in the real estate sector preferred.
Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, and RCDC preferred.
