🚀 Walk-In Drive – Structural Design Engineer | 2–4 Years Experience
We are excited to announce a Walk-In Drive on 28th March for the position of Structural Design Engineer. We are looking for talented professionals with strong experience in Structural Design and Manufacturing who are passionate about engineering excellence and fabrication design.

🔧 About the Role
As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality structural detailing, manufacturing documentation, and close coordination with shop and site teams. The role demands strong technical knowledge, precision, and a solid understanding of structural components and fabrication processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic engineering environment and enjoys working hands‑on with manufacturing and project execution teams.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Perform Design and Detailing to Manufacture for complex structural components
- Coordinate with Shop & Site teams to resolve design or fabrication challenges
- Handle Material Management aspects including:
- Nesting
- MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials)
- Material Take-off
- Prepare Project Assembly Guides and Process Flow Manuals
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents such as:
- P&IDs
- MIDs
- PFDs
- Vendor Drawings / Documentation
- Create fabrication-specific drawings and support the shop floor for discrepancies
- Manage engineering documentation including:
- Change Requests (CR)
- Checklists
- Weekly Reports
- Delivery Trackers
- Work extensively with structural components and understand their manufacturing processes
🧰 CAD Tools & Software
- AutoCAD
- Advance Steel (Must have experience)
- Creo / SolidWorks – Added Advantage
📌 Experience Required
- 2–4 Years in Structural Design / Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of structural fabrication and detailing processes
