Infinity Integrations provides concept-to-certification integration engineering for airborne and ground-based platforms. Its analytical work includes the assessment of structural, flow and environmental attributes to support the safe integration and deployment of aerospace and defence systems.
Role Overview
Infinity Integrations is seeking a Structural Analyst to perform structural assessments and simulation activities for aerospace and defence platforms, components and system-integration programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform finite element modelling and structural analysis of aerospace components and assemblies.
- Conduct static, modal, vibration, buckling and fatigue assessments as applicable.
- Evaluate structural loads, stresses, deformation and margins of safety.
- Support the structural integration of sensors, avionics, mission systems and other equipment on airborne or ground platforms.
- Prepare analysis plans, technical reports, calculations and certification-support documents.
- Interpret engineering drawings, material specifications and load requirements.
- Review design changes and recommend structural improvements.
- Correlate analytical results with test or experimental data.
- Coordinate with design, testing, manufacturing and certification teams.
- Ensure analysis activities meet applicable aerospace safety and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace, aeronautical, mechanical, or Engineering.
- Fully conversant with Military Standards 8591, 1289, 1763, and Military Handbook 244A and their practical application.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in aerospace structural analysis in RCMA/ CEMILAC/ ADA/ HAL.(Essential)
- NISG Fellows desirable.
- Strong Experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, HyperMesh or equivalent.
- Familiarity with CAD models, engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Good analytical, report-writing and problem-solving skills.
