User Onboarding Manager, Stripe Accelerate

As the User Onboarding Manager you'll own the relationships with our customers and be responsible for guiding them to successful Stripe implementations. Working closely with our Accelerate Onboarding Specialists team, you'll proactively engage users and shepherd them through the integration process. Responsibilities Proactively engaging and guiding users through the Stripe implementation process. Closely partnering with our sales team (Account Executives) to ensure a smooth handoff, including deal scoping and making sure users have the right level of implementation offering attached. Unblocking and enabling users by facilitating internal Stripe processes and managing Stripe-owned tasks on their behalf. Monitoring the Sales pipeline for upcoming projects and managing the health of your portfolio of user projects overseen by your squad of Onboarding Specialists. Leading and coordinating end to end delivery of the program, Onboarding Specialists, and other Stripe experts to deliver onboarding support and address user questions Driving continuous improvement of the Accelerate onboarding offering, including owning initiatives like user communication, product enablement, process optimization, and data intelligence. Measuring and reporting on the progress and completion of user implementations.
