Facilitate Program Rollouts: Ensure the smooth implementation of key People programs, offering support for performance review cycles, compensation cycles, employee engagement surveys, and other ad hoc programs.
Analyze Organizational Health: Assess and present insights on organizational health trends to managers and leaders while managing the tracking and reporting of key people data to inform team strategy.
Enhance Employee Experience: Ensure a positive employee experience throughout key life cycle stages, including the departure process.
Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with legal counsel and external specialists to ensure Stripe's compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations, such as wage regulations and equal employment opportunity laws.
Identify Themes and Trends: Work closely with the team lead to identify key themes and trends, suggesting insights and recommendations for improvement.
