Implementation Consultant, Professional Services

As an Implementation Consultant on Stripe's Professional Services team, you'll work directly with our fast-growing set of enterprise and platform customers to ensure they're set up for success. You'll guide customers through the implementation process, help them integrate Stripe's products, and troubleshoot any issues that arise along the way. You'll partner closely with our sales and product teams to represent customer needs and ensure Stripe delivers a world-class experience. Responsibilities: - Lead implementation projects with our enterprise and platform customers, guiding them through the onboarding process from start to finish - Be a strategic partner to customers, understanding their business needs and technical requirements, and translating those into Stripe solutions - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to unblock customer challenges - Provide ongoing technical and operational support to customers, ensuring they're able to maximize the value of Stripe - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with internal teams Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a professional services, implementation, or customer-facing technical role - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and work streams simultaneously - Strong understanding of e-commerce, payments, or fintech concepts - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Proficient in SQL and database concepts - Experience with APIs, webhooks, and web development is a plus - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving successful customer outcomes
