About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for building Stripe's presence in the region by landing and expanding relationships with both traditional enterprises and digital-first businesses. This is a hunter role, requiring a proactive, strategic, and consultative approach to selling. You will own the full sales cycle—from identifying and prospecting new business opportunities to closing multi-million-dollar deals and managing high-value relationships. Responsibilities Break into new markets & industries – Identify, target, and win key enterprise accounts across sectors, from large-scale traditional businesses to high-growth digital natives. Own named account list - develop account plans for winning and expanding business with existing Large Users in Southeast Asia Proactively prospect – Identify, engage, and win high-value enterprise accounts by developing tailored outbound strategies, leveraging deep customer insights, and driving multi-threaded relationships at the C-level Engage C-level executives – Build and manage relationships with CTOs, CFOs, COOs, and other senior decision-makers Navigate complex enterprise sales – Lead multi-stakeholder negotiations, overcome objections, and position Stripe as a must-have infrastructure partner. Work cross-functionally – Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to tailor solutions for Southeast Asian enterprises.
