Requirements

Must-haves

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Solid ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive and elegant solutions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive cohesive team efforts
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including complex workflows
• Expertise in Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, collaboration, and hand-off
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Startup experience

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience designing products for hiring platforms, recruiting tools, or AI-powered features
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g. React.js, Tailwind, HTML, CSS)

What you will work on

• This is an internal position to work on Strider's team.
• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to high-fidelity execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and user needs
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable user experience across product experiences
• Work closely with engineers to ensure technical viability and efficient results
