</div><div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div>We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients and prospects. This role combines customer service, relationship-building, and light sales in a positive, team-oriented studio environment.<br><br>
</div><div>No prior fitness or sales experience required - we’ll train the right person.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Greet and check in clients while creating a welcoming environment </li>
<li> Book and confirm intro sessions for new prospects </li>
<li> Conduct studio tours and explain memberships/services </li>
<li> Follow up with leads (calls, texts, emails) </li>
<li> Support membership sales and retention </li>
<li> Assist with daily operations and studio cleanliness </li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Strong people skills and positive energy </li>
<li> Comfortable talking to clients about memberships (no aggressive sales required) </li>
<li> Reliable, organized, and coachable </li>
<li> Team player with a strong work ethic </li>
<li> Basic computer skills </li>
