<strong>A Day in the Life</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members. </li>
<li>As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for. </li>
<li>Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching, checking the schedule, answering phones, lead generation activities and following up on missed appointments. </li>
<li>You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. </li>
<li>Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch. </li>
<li>Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service. </li>

<strong>Requirements</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Paid experience managing 1–2 team members. </li>
<li>Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity). </li>
<li>A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed. </li>
